Tabitha, who was stationed at the apartment, gave Venessa a ride to the hospital. Jayden could not afford to take a chance with how openly Petra was acting, and the annoying thing was that it was as if she disappeared into thin air.
Tabitha was already informed of where Karissa was, so it was easy for Venessa to locate the theatre. She felt nervous about the operation. Her body was still tired from being unconscious for four days but something told her she needed to see Karissa because of the last conversation they had.
The lift doors slid open, and Venessa rushed out; there was this feeling that if she didn't get there early, she would regret it. It was an unsettling feeling she could not shake off.
Venessa took a turn at the end of the hallway and hurriedly walked until she spotted some familiar figures. It was Jayden, Zayne and some of his men.
