Jayden had called Miles over to race on destitute roads of the city's outskirts. After the meeting while Kaiser and Esmeralda and finding out about Venessa's betrothal, he could not head back to the apartment unless his head was clear.
He had unknowingly gotten involved with someone he should not have, what that makes him so scared was how his mother would take the news of Venessa being Esmeralda's daughter.
