Esmeralda arrived at the door of the designated private room and pushed it open. She was taken aback when she saw two annoying faces she didn't want to see at the moment. Her hands clenched by her side.
"What are you doing here, Alessandro?" She asked Jayden as her eyes became very sharp. Before Jayden could reply, Kaiser quickly interceded for him.
"He is not here for a fight and genuinely wants to talk to you." Kaiser tried to calm the atmosphere.
Esmeralda scoffed, turning towards the door; her adversity for Jayden was not hidden, which he also expected. "It's about Venessa. That's the reason I want to talk to you." Esmeralda's hand froze at the door handle.
"What about Venessa? Exactly? Do you want to talk?" She asked without glancing back because if his next answer was not satisfactory to her. She was going to call it a day.
