The cousins hug each other while having a heartfelt reunion. "I wasn't expecting you to drop by early. I thought Maybe you will be busy with your job." Zayne broke the hug and curiously asked. Venessa, in the past few years, hasn't been able to have the time to come back home because of her job, which consumed most of her time daily.
"I have a new job now. How are you feeling?" She replied trying to change the topic. "I don't feel great. Also, my injuries are minor. I heard mum is in a dire condition." Zayne replied with a tired look. The other nurse has informed him about his mother's condition. It surprised him to know his mum has a heart condition.
He never once guessed; he seriously thought the reason she had been exhausted lately was because of stress. Who would have thought she had a heart condition she had been hiding for years?
