"There won't be a need for that." The brunette flashed a smile at her fiance. Kacey, in return, gave Cynthia a weak smile, "I want to." Then he turned to the waitress, "Please, can you finish up the order? We are running out of time."
The waitress nodded at them and quickly grabbed Kacey's card for the payment Cynthia's lips parted and closed as she was completely lost for anything to say in retort. After the order was done, Kacey helped Cynthia to carry it like a faithful fiance.
They were walking out of the shop when Cynthia caught the sight of a familiar figure again and she was truly intrigued to see her. She jogged away from Kacey, making him frown at Cynthia's behaviour, but when he saw the direction she was running, he was equally stunned.
