The sun was already going down the horizon spreading an orange hue throughout the evening sky. Jayden and Venessa were riding together in a Benz heading from the mall.
"Yes," Venessa answered Jayden's question about her last kidnapping incident. Now she thinks back at the past month a lot has happened to her.
"That's the same day Petra tried to approach me using multiple means. It was weird because since her scandal got viral she didn't even try to contact me even once." Jayden mentioned, Venessa's brows furrowed thinking about where this was heading.
"The way she acted seemed planned and too much of a coincidence you were kidnapped that day." He deadpanned.
"You think she has something to do with my abduction," Venessa stated, picking up the hints in Jayden's statement.
