It was a comical sight how she was holding tight to him with one hand and eating her snacks in the other. It was more entertaining watching her scared reaction than even the movie.
The movie ended and Venessa was too frightened to get up from her seat. "That was a good movie." She muttered watching as everyone was filling out of the theatre. Mia's group had left earlier and fortunately, they were all engrossed talking about the movie they did not see Venessa.
Jayden did not comment nor did he get up since he was still sitting down. During the first half of the movie, she was cool but during the climax, she could not handle the anticipation and held on to Jayden's arm she was still holding up.
"We should also leave," Jayden mentioned with a hint of taunt in his voice. Venessa looked up to him and then realized how tight she was clutched to him. She immediately let go is her hold.
