"What about the after-party you were invited to?" Venessa questioned wondering Why he wanted to leave when they were already here.
"I am not interested," Jayden stated, opening the car door for Venessa to go in.
"That's a pretty straight answer," Venessa mumbled.
"You enjoyed the play and fireworks you were here for and I don't think there is anything worth staying longer," Jayden stated starting the car.
"Are you not going to congratulate them? That was why you were invited."
"I can always do that later plus I have other things to attend to."
"Other things like what exactly is more important? I know it is not work." Venessa stated.
"Did you forget you have a tutorial session today? I left work earlier because of it." Jayden replied driving out of the vicinity. Venessa hissed when she heard of the study session. She had played around enough for one day.
