"Chengyan.. I.. love you."
After she said that, tears fell down in her cheeks, staring at Chengyan's face while enduring the pain.
Chengyan widened his eyes and didn't know what to say but tears suddenly fell down on his cheeks while holding the injured bloody woman in his arms.
"I-I'm... s..sorry." The last words she says as she closes her eyes— smiling bitterly.
"Ke!! No!!" Chengyan cried and tried to wake the woman but her body was already lifeless.
"And…. CUT!!" The director shouts as he smiles widely with the two actors in the play.
"You deserve to be called the film emperor, Zen Chrysler!" The director happily stated as he walked towards the two people.
The man called Zen just nodded his head and left the area so the director laugh heartily and turned his head to the woman.
"You played well, Yellian Wang." The director sincerely praises Yellian and spoke about how she acted just now.
"Thank you director for your compliment. I'll do my best to work even harder!" Yellian vows.
Because of the play Yellian and Zen acted in, the film for today ends early. That made the director in a good mood so he just laughed at Yellian and said today's work is over.
"Good work, everyone!"
"Everyone, great work!"
Yellian walked towards her assistant who already prepared her water and small fan.
"Great job, Yellian!! You nailed today's performance so, I, your assistant will reward you with a half of my hamburger!" Yellian's face became dark as she heard her assistant.
"Liya! Even if I ate the whole hamburger I won't get fat, really!" Yellian persuaded her assistant—Liya but to no avail.
Liya's face became distorted. "No way, Yellian! Manager Zhang will seriously kill me if you gain fat."
Even though Liya believes Yellian won't gain fat even if she ate a lot, she will still follow what Manager Zhang ordered her to.
Manager Zhang is the broker handling two celebrities—an actor, Adler, and an actress who is Yellian. Although he is busy with the actor Adler, he is still monitoring Yellian's well-being, especially her diet.
"Let's head to our van now or we'll get stuck in traffic," Yellian told Liya in which Liya nodded and packed Yellian's things.
As Yellian is a supporting role, she didn't obtain a dressing room like Zen—the actor she played with earlier and the other celebrities who have important roles in the movie they filmed.
After packing everything, they headed to the parking lot where the van was already waiting for them.
"Tomorrow is the last day of your character, Yellian." Liya reminded her.
"I know. Is there anything else you want to say?" Yellian pouted.
"Well— Manager Zhang told me you'll have to rest for the time being while he's securing a spot for you for the magazine he's eyeing and reviewing the scripts he received," Liya explained.
Yellian nodded. She always trusts Manager Zhang. She even remembered the man who wanted to kneel on the ground just to beg her to join his newly established entertainment management.
He may be the CEO of Starkey Entertainment but he's a hands-on person when it comes to his celebrities. So far he only has two artists.
"That old hag is working so hard." Yellian stated that made Liya's face turn pale.
Her boss is a generous person and only Yellian and Adler can say names about him.
Poor Manager Zhang, Liya thought.
Yellian and Liya were about to enter inside the van when they heard a honk behind the van.
Liya's eyes widened in shock as she realized the black sedan car behind the van.
The car's plate number only displayed three zeroes. And the only person who can have such a plate number is a member of a prominent family in the country.
Yellian sighs heavily.
"Y-Y-Yellian—!?" Liya's eyes widened in shock as she saw her artist walking towards the black sedan.
"Don't worry about me, Liya. You go ahead. I'll text you when I arrive home." Yellian spoke softly to her assistant and got inside the car quickly.
Liya's eyes widened in shock as she forgot to close her mouth while watching the black sedan getting far away.
Inside the car, Yellian turned her head as she furrowed her brows and stared at the man driving the car.
"Why are you the one to pick me up today?" Staring at his familiar yet unfamiliar face gives Yellian chills.
"Mom called me," He replied.
"Oh."
"You played well."
Yellian smiles softly, "Thank you for the compliment, Film Emperor Zen Chrysler."
The man she acted earlier is the one driving the sedan. Zen Chrysler. Her fiancé.
Both of their families—Chrysler and Wang are close friends and so the older generation decided to have a marriage agreement. Zen is the middle child of the Chrysler Family and his grandparents choose him for marriage.
Yellian is the only daughter of the Wang Family. As she's the only daughter—her grandparents already decided. Both the Chrysler and Wang families are prominent so the marriage is also good for both families.
Yellian only agreed to the agreement if her family wouldn't object to her enjoying her life to the fullest while Zen agreed only if they would make the agreement a hidden engagement first. As long as both parties are willing to get married the older generation are already happy to oblige the decision of both parties.
"Did you bring the ring with you?" Zen asked Yellian casually.
"Well— you haven't given me an engagement ring yet, so no I didn't bring any ring." Yellian responded.
"The ring I ordered hasn't arrived yet."
Yellian thought and couldn't help but suggested, "Or I can ask my assistant to buy me a ring."
"No. The elders will be mad if they know you bought it instead of me buying it for you," Zen calmly said.
Yellian nodded her head and looked outside the car.
Being with this guy will only give her headaches 'cause this guy is like a robot.
Because the Chrysler's mansion is far away from the film location where they acted in earlier, Yellian can't help but take her phone from her purse and surf her social media.
She only has a million followers and even if the other people think her supporters are small—Yellian doesn't mind at all. Unlike the man beside her, the guy has ninety million followers.
While scrolling, Yellian suddenly found the hot search so she clicked it and her eyes widened in shock.
