Cyan's breakthrough made the intensity of his training increase. Ethan added a new training regimen to his training by wearing wearable weights on his body, ankle, wrist and vest.
This weight will train his muscles, upper body strength, hands and arms. Except for when he's soaking in beast blood he must wear this weight at all times during training.
Cyan looked at the huge mountain and stared at Ethan in disbelief, "you want me to go up and down this mountain with all this weight and I am not allowed to use any essence"
"Your soul power too" Ethan added.
"Are you trying to train me or kill me?" Cyan asked.
"As the leader, heavy weight and responsibilities lie on your shoulders. You must lead by example" said Ethan.
As Cyan persevered up the mountain with the added weight, his muscles burned and his breath grew heavy. Each step felt like a herculean effort, but he pressed on, determined to prove himself as a leader. Sweat poured down his face, mingling with the dirt and grime as he ascended.

The breakthroughs made Cyan happy, if the foundation wasn't laid it would be hard. He knows as long as the others continue to work hard they will also breakthrough and if they don't they can still take the path of physical training.
The others' efforts finally paid off. They all broke through. Gibson affinity is with earth,Sammie affinity is water with mutation of ice elements, Dennis affinity is with air, Spencer affinity is with wood.
Their new training goal set by Ethan is to run up the mountain with the weights. This was an Herculean task.
