"Finally! We're starving up here!" the target, a well-dressed man with slicked-back hair and a cigar in his hand began approaching Ky with a confident stride. Oddly enough, the man had so many employees working for him, that he didn't even notice his personal chef had suddenly turned into someone else entirely.
"Apologies." said Ky as he grabbed the cloche. His heart was nearly beating out of his chest. What he'd planned in his head on repeat as he made his way to the bedroom didn't include any witnesses. Nonetheless, he had to see it through. "I hope this is to your liking, sir."
Ky lifted the cloche atop the cart, revealing a knife that he'd hidden inside after handling the chef. The target raised a brow, though he didn't process what was about to become of him. Ky grabbed the knife and slit the target's throat, staining Ky's once pristine, white chef's uniform crimson. The women in lingerie screamed and scattered, prompting the guards to begin pouring into the room like moths to a light. The moment one of the guards noticed that Ky was standing over the corpse of their boss, he put the pieces together and started reaching for his gun. 'No, you don't.'
Ky reversed time up to the moment when he first stabbed the target to buy himself some more time to react. Casually, he removed the chef's jacket, revealing his own clothes beneath it, before pulling out his G19 while he slowed down time. 'Here goes nothing.' The guards once again poured into the room, and in slow motion, Ky aimed his gun at the guard. Despite the fact that he'd spent time training in the tutorial and also went with his father to a shooting range before, shooting a man was different than an unmoving target.
Regardless, it had to be done.

A precise shot to the center of the forehead was all it took to eliminate the guard, his blood splattering on the wall behind him as time moved at a snail's pace. 'I still have around eight seconds of slowed time...' Ky's eyes darted around the room, searching for his next target. 'There's three of them left. There's likely more on their way here now...' Before Ky's eyes, in slowed time, each guard reached for their weapon, however, Ky noticed that one, in particular, was quicker to react than the rest. 'You.'

'Finally.' Ky had been waiting anxiously to unlock the ability to move through manipulated time. 'Just like that, I'm ten times stronger.' Having some skill points saved up, Ky immediately opened the Hero x Villain app and began searching for something very specific in the skill tree. 'C'mon, c'mon...' Meanwhile, he could hear footsteps and shouting coming from the other side of the door. He didn't have much time. 'Neutral... There you are!'

A guard kicked the door to the bedroom open, his foot perpendicular to his body. Before he or any of the other minions could even think of attacking Ky, the time manipulator snapped his fingers.
Snap!
The world around Ky froze. 'I don't have much time.' He grabbed the sword he had hidden beneath the cart and immediately sliced the leg off of the guard whose foot remained frozen in the air as he kicked the door open. 'Four seconds left.' Ky ran out of the room, unconsciously counting the guards without even a second spent thinking. He had no time to think, it was as if his body was acting on its own. There were exactly seven guards, though only three of them were within range of his bleeding blade.
Ky impaled one of them in the heart with his katana before removing it from the wound, along with some blood that remained frozen in time. 'Three seconds.' Ky then dashed two steps forward, slicing the throat of another guard before spinning and cutting the torso of the third. 'Two seconds left.'
There were four guards left, all at the end of the hallway aiming their assault rifles directly at Ky. There wasn't enough time for Ky to attack them with his sword, but he did have an idea. 'I hope this works.'
BANG!
Ky fired a bullet, however, the bullet was of course frozen in time just like everything else around Ky. Nonetheless, he was prepared for this, snapping his fingers once more so time would resume.
With a single bullet, Ky killed two guards, however, there were still two more guards aiming their guns directly at him but Ky wasn't done yet. Time began to reverse, along with the bullet that Ky fired and hit two enemies with, and those two guards rose back to their feet like corpses rising from the dead.
Before the bullet could reach Ky's barrel, Ky started moving his own body as time reversed, lining up the perfect shot before pulling the trigger and resuming time once more.

Again, Ky managed to kill another two guards with just a single bullet and as he placed the gun back in his waistband and the sword on his back, the bodies fell and Ky's eyes lit up upon seeing the amount of EXP he'd received in what was actually just a single second of real-time.
However, there was no time to celebrate and see exactly what the Chaos skill tree had to offer. Ky immediately started sprinting out of the mansion as thoughts of the unlimited potential of his powers were running wild in his mind. The moment any of his abilities went on cooldown, Ky used them to enhance his own speed. To anyone else who may have seen him, Ky's either looked as if he were teleporting or moving at super speed.
When he reached the stairs, he noticed those three guards from before were still guarding the entrance, though this time they were stopping something from escaping rather than entering.
Ky slowed time, buying himself ten seconds of time to mess around with. From the perspective of the guards, Ky was zipping around the room like a bolt of lightning, slicing and dicing through them all like butter until there was nothing left.

As the corpses hit the ground, Ky flicked the blood off of his blade and returned it to the scabbard on his back. To say the least, he felt like a complete badass, a complete turnaround from when he felt like a sorry mess just hours prior. He was experiencing a high unlike any other as dopamine began rushing through his brain. Upon realizing this, those positive feelings faded. This was why he tried to quit, he was afraid that he'd enjoy the sensation of bloodshed once he'd felt it. 'They aren't real.' Ky told himself, wiping the grin off of his face as he opened the front door.
All that was left was the straight shot down the driveway and ending the Domain. However, the moment Ky stepped foot outside, text appeared in his visual field, text that sent a chill down his spine.
