Chapter 310 - Total Defeat, The Contest Between Dumbledore And Voldemort!

"Nooo!" Harry yelled desperately.

Holland Burt fell to the cold ground as he watched.

"Mr Weasley, Holland, Holland, he's dead!"

Harry thought of Howland Burt's reserved look just now, and he pulled out his wand as soon as his head got hot.

"Expelliarmus!"

The disarming spell he fired successfully knocked a Death Eater's wand into the air.

But that's all.

On the contrary, it was because of his resistance that the time to leave was delayed.

Watching the Death Eaters surrounding them, Mr Weasley could only take Harry back to the passage of the Hall of Prophecies.

Seeing that Harry was about to do something stupid Arthur grasped his wrist, "Harry, the era of disarming spells is over, stop doing futile things."

As soon as the words fell, a Death Eater appeared beside the two of them and a powerful stunning charm flew from Mr Weasley's wand.

"See? You have to at least use the Stunning Charm."

While the two were talking, they came to the door of the prophecy hall.

Harry lowered his head, looking very sad.

There was only one Auror left with him and all this is his fault. If he didn't stop, those Aurors wouldn't have died.

If he had been better, Holland wouldn't have had to sacrifice his life to cover them.

Arthur Weasley didn't know how to persuade the boy next to him. He wanted to tell him that this is how war is.

But he also felt that it was a bit cruel to say that to Harry who was still young.

Just when he didn't know what to do, the members of the Order of the Phoenix retreated into the passage.

"Sirius, what's going on outside?" Arthur asked in surprise.

"Death Eater reinforcements have arrived, a lot of them. I don't think our men will be able to get in for a while!"

Sirius swung his wand and sent a Death Eater flying.

"Hold on, our reinforcements will arrive soon, Weasley, now take Harry back to the Hall of Prophecies, you know what to do next!"

Arthur nodded, and pulled Harry through the door behind him.

"Sir, what shall we do next?"

"Listen Harry, find a place to hide the Prophecy Ball and don't tell anyone where it is."

Arthur had a particularly serious expression, and he always looked towards the gate of the Prophecy Hall when he spoke.

"Put it back?" Harry asked in surprise.

"That's right, the prophecy ball cannot be obtained by you-know-who. Let's hide it again, but don't put it back in its original position, go!"

"We can Apparate away with the orb!"

Harry still didn't want to give up, he gripped the prophecy ball tightly to make a suggestion.

Arthur took a deep breath to calm down his agitated heart.

"Listen, Harry, the Department of Mysteries has been under an anti-apparition and anti-disapparition spell since it was last breached."

"The only way to get in and out of here is the elevators leading directly from the atrium, but the way out is blocked by Death Eaters. So the only thing we can do is to hide the prophecy ball again."

Arthur felt that he explained very clearly this time and Harry should be able to understand.

So after finishing speaking, he turned around and walked out the door.

Harry struggled on the spot for a long time, but finally chose to obey the command.

And he was very clear that at this moment, he will only be safe if he manages to keep the ball safe.

Over London, a white light was moving across the sky at an extremely fast speed.

Just when this white light came over the Ministry of Magic a black mist suddenly bumped up from the side.

Looking at Voldemort in the black mist Dumbledore immediately started fighting him.

The surrounding buildings were smashed to pieces because of the fight between the two.

Muggles on the streets of London thought they were being attacked, and ran to seek shelter screaming.

"Tom, you can't get away with it!"

"You will die here this time, Dumbledore!"

The two refused to give in to each other, and the tyrannical magic power led them to penetrate the ground and enter the underground Ministry of Magic.

"Voldemort?" The wizards screamed and fled around when they saw the two fighting.

Dumbledore drew out his Elder Wand, and with a flick of his hand, the wizard in the Fountain of Magical Brethrens came to life.

Then came the witch, centaur, goblin, and house-elf.

The centaur was the first among them, and the spear in its hand forced Voldemort back again and again.

The wizard stood aside to help, and with Dumbledore's spell, Voldemort was at a disadvantage for a while.

As for the witch and goblin, they ran to the prophecy hall along the elevator.

"Dumbledore, you can't defeat me!" Voldemort roared.

His hands shook and a tyrannical magic power shattered everything around him.

Voldemort raised his wand, and the flying debris was fixed in the air.

With a wave of his hand, the debris turned into sharp swords and flew towards Dumbledore.

Two people kept fighting back and forth. Dumbledore displayed physical fitness not at all typical of an old man. The two fought against each other for more than ten minutes, but his face was still ruddy.

Voldemort looked at the wand in the opponent's hand with a flash of greed in his eyes.

Just then, green flames rose from the surrounding fireplaces and a dozen members of the Saints emerged from the flames.

Each of these people has the strength of an elite Auror.

Seeing two people fighting, they pointed their wands at Voldemort.

"Hmph~!" Voldemort waved his wand, several bolts of lightning drove the Saints back.

Then he turned into a cloud of black mist again, and flew out from the broken hole.

Waiting until Voldemort's figure disappeared, Dumbledore breathed a sigh of relief.

He clearly felt that Voldemort was much stronger than the last time he saw him in Azkaban.

"Headmaster Dumbledore, I'm sorry we're late."

"No, you came just in time!" Dumbledore looked towards the elevator in the distance: "Let's go, go down and see how the battle in the Department of Mysteries is going."

Harry hid the prophecy ball and immediately returned to the door leading to the hall.

The members of the Order of the Phoenix firmly guarded the door behind them.

Mad-Eye Moody was at the forefront and many Death Eaters who rushed forward were struck by his spells.

Harry even saw Moody use the Killing Curse several times.

Just as the battle was heating up, several statues suddenly joined in.

They sneaked up on the Death Eaters from behind, knocking down many people in a row.

"Reducto!" Bellatrix uttered the spell angrily.

The goblin statue was hit and instantly disintegrated.

Bellatrix originally wanted to continue, but the Dark Mark on her left arm reminded her that it was time to retreat.

"Master called us, let's go back!"

Bellatrix turned around and walked out, ignoring the companion who was counterattacked and died behind her.

When Dumbledore and others took the elevator to the ninth floor underground they just passed Bellatrix.

Watching the Death Eaters who jumped into the elevator and immediately disapparated away, Dumbledore stopped the members of the Order of the Phoenix from pursuing them.

"Forget it, just repel them."

After Dumbledore finished speaking, he raised his hand and rubbed his shoulder.

After the fight with Voldemort just now, he almost felt his old bones fall apart.

"Professor!"

Harry stepped out of the crowd with his head down.

"It's all my fault. If I could obey the command, it wouldn't cause so many sacrifices."

Seeing the remorseful and sad look on Harry's face, Dumbledore sighed.

"It's not your fault, it's just that we didn't expect the plan to be leaked, don't blame yourself, my boy."

Harry nodded slightly, but his expression didn't change.

Dumbledore didn't continue to comfort him, this kind of thing had to be figured out by Harry himself.

Harry was trying to guess who the person who leaked the secret was.

His first thought was that it was Lucas, thinking about how he cooperated with Umbridge then left England at a critical time.

No matter how you look at it, there is something suspicious there.

It's just that he couldn't ask Dumbledore's opinion about it in front of so many people.

The War of the Ministry of Magic is over.

While it could be said that the Order of the Phoenix won this battle, everyone knew that if Voldemort had delayed for a while, the battle in the Hall of Prophecy might have ended differently.

The plan was not completed, and so many Aurors died. This frustrated the members of the Order of the Phoenix.

Harry returned to Hogwarts equally dejected.

In the face of curious inquiries from Ron and his other friends, he just shook his head and refused to reveal a word.

Time unknowingly came to the night.

Harry tossed and turned, and the more he thought about it, the more he felt that Lucas was very suspicious.

Thinking of the image of Holland Burt collapsing in front of him, he felt that something had to be done for the dead.

For example, talk to Dumbledore about his opinion, and find out who leaked the plan.

He got up, put on his robe and left the Gryffindor tower.

Seventh floor, headmaster's office.

When he saw that the magic lamp next to the stone gargoyle was still on, Harry knew Dumbledore wasn't sleeping yet.

Just as he was about to step forward to say the password, he suddenly heard the conversation between Dumbledore and Snape coming from above.

"Well, did Voldemort believe it?"

"I don't know, his mind is unpredictable, but his mood today is indeed better than ever, and he even gave Bellatrix a generous reward."

"It's good that the plan worked, please continue to train Harry in Occlumency, and don't let Voldemort know about the next thing."

"Understood, Headmaster." Snape's soft voice came from above, giving off a feeling of indifference.

But at this moment Harry felt his hands and feet were cold.

Just what did he just hear?

Was this all planned?

And what do they mean by: Don't let Voldemort know about the next thing?

Could it be that the plan this time was leaked deliberately through himself?

Harry suddenly remembered the dream he had some time ago and froze in place.

But then he felt a wave of anger rising from the bottom of his heart.

"Fizzing Whizzbees!"

The stone gargoyle moved aside and Harry stepped up the steps angrily.
