There are several leveling system in novel.

For cultivation :

In each universe have different powerhouse for creating their own level hierchy. celestial court in our universe ,which the system has told us that it have levels from ordinary to ??? And More as we explore further.

These ordinary to ??? Is official hierchy for higher level cultivation world. While is mc is in low level cultivation, this world is out of celestial court observation ,as celestial court doesn't look after lowly beings on these planets.

The ranks qi refining to mahanaya are common for lower and medium grade world but some world that are low and medium might use another leveling system.

So at end, the low and mid grade world use qi refining to mahanya level grading hierchy.

While higher world and celestial court use these ordinary to ??? Level hierchy.

???=this also a rank currently system is not upgraded to reveal higher level worlds. As the story progress it will be exposed by system.

1st level ordinary=qi refining

2nd level ordinary=Foundation establishment

3rd level ordinary=golden core

4th level ordinary=Nascent soul

5th level ordinary= Soul formation

1st level mortal=Void amalagation

2nd level mortal=Integration

3rd level of mortal=Tribulation

4th level mortal=Weak Mahanya

5th level mortal=peak Mahanaya

(Mahanaya is a complex and supreme stage afterwhich changes takes upon from where mortal cultivator ascend to LOW level Immortal worlds)

Low level immortal world and low level mortal world are connected that's why they can ascend. This is called Low level mortal conflux

Medium level immortal world and medium level mortal world are also connected this is called Mid mortal Conflux.

And there many Low and Mid confluxes in Existence, nearly immeasureable.

High level immotal world are connected to Higher level immortal world. This is called High Mortal conflux.

In the most strongest Immortal world (Nirvana Treasured Lands) resides Celestial court (Perfect Powerhouse, some unruly affiliations with Chaos sect a another Perfect powerhouse)
