Thinking about it, Flower was someone fragile, someone fragile that could get emotionally hurt just by the slightest misinterpretation of words, and by just slightest things. So of course it's possible that someone as fragile as that could possibly get upset over something as petty as a bicycle. This were all Anthony's thought.
He reasoned that although he himself might deemed the bicycle as something petty and meaningless just like he had always done. But Flower was different, she cared about the slightest thing, and would've definitely gotten heartbroken by the destruction of the bicycle.
He could vividly remember the smile upon Flower's lips, and how happy she was when riding the bicycle earlier while he was busy staring at her through the window in her room.
'So she's angry about the bicycle? But it's mine, so why would she be angry? Thinking about it, aren't I the owner of the bicycle?"
