Chapter 5 - Shocking Revelation

"I, Anthony Smith always gets what he wants and the word, no, is not an exception. I own this wildlife reserve. Every living and nonliving things in it are all mine. Including the hills, the valleys, rivers and mountains. It all belongs to me legally from top to bottom."

"Although, I should be utterly mad at you for invading my provinces and entering into my property without my permission or knowledge. Despite, I'm still willing to give you a second chance. You snooze you lose. It's really not much of a choice of which you have to consent to, I could do as I please, no one can stop me. I'm just freely giving you a chance to accept willingly."

He smirked, placing his fist into the pocket of his oversized black hoodie as though trying to warm it from the bone-chilling weather which was experimenting itself outside the mansion.

Anthony's eyeballs stopped glowing red. It returned back to the emrald colour it had always been coalesced with beforehand.

Flower hadn't recovered yet from the shock of what she had just percept. She didn't know exactly what she should think about this.

'Werewolf?! In an human being's body? Unbelievable! Although I've read books about them. But I didn't know that they existed in real life. Of course he's not kidding, his eyes just glowed red not too long ago. He's absolutely serious. Any slight mistake, he might decide to slice my head off!'

'…and did he just say he owned this enormous wildlife reserve? He must probably be extremely wealthy. I guess this also explains this luxurious room I have been placed in. No wonder his demeanor appeared formidable and possessed so much guts. I don't know what he's capable of doing, I shouldn't act rashly. I need to keep quiet and compose myself.'

This was all that Flower was cogitating inwardly. She knew that any trivial misunderstanding could lead to her demise. As much as Flower didn't want to live in this world anymore, she still didn't want to die by the hands of this cruelsome charming young man.

Flower swallowed hard. Still moving back. Soon enough, her body couldn't move back any longer, she glanced backwards and saw that she was already laying her back against the wall.

'Darn it!' She cursed. 'How can I be this unfortunate?'

Seeing that she couldn't go backwards anymore. Flower defended herself with her presently trembling and moving mouth.

"You! Don't come any closer I tell you," Flower stated. "I admit that you've saved me and taken good care of me and my wounds. You even brought me to your home, I was given medicine. You people have treated me with nothing but kindness."

"Still… please don't take advantage of me. I have nothing to offer you, my beauty isn't even something to drool over. I'm just a lowly girl with good intentions. And I promise to repay your kindness soon enough."

Anthony paused his feet.

"As I have said earlier. I won't take advantage of you, I simply have no malicious motive towards you. But, Flower, you owe me!"

Flower didn't like him saying her name. It sounded extremely awful whenever she heard him mentioned her name. Words couldn't really ascribe how much hatred she possessed towards this shameless man.

Flower looked pale. Her body haggardly slide down the wall in slow velocity. She assumed a kneeling position on the floor. Her face was facing the floor and her rough hairs were hovering over her face.

She wept bitterly and continuously.

Her fingers which were beside her were piercing into the floor intensely. Flower palpitated. She hiccuped amidst her tears. Everything was so bitter towards her, it didn't really felt good living anymore.

"Of course I do," she said with a weak voice. "Tell me exactly what you want."

Her tears squandered down her pale cheeks lavishly. Although Flower knew what Anthony wanted, she still wanted to make sure. In that way, she would be sure of what attempts to execute next.

She anticipated a reply with tears streaming down her mild cheeks.

Now all what she could accurately hear were sounds coming from crickets and birds outside the mansion's stronghold. The muteness occurred for some more minutes.

At first, Flower was reluctant in elevating her face to look at Anthony. She despised him, all what she could feel when seeing him were deep feelings of ire. Thus, she had restricted herself from catching glimpses of him.

But then, the quietness continued for some more minutes. Totally wroughting the place over and above.

Unwillingly, Flower groggily raised her face upwards. Still very cautious. Looking forward.

'Huh? He's know where to be found. Thank goodness!'

'But how did he evacuate this place so swiftly like that? I couldn't even hear any sounds of doors being opened or even his footsteps. Perhaps, it's some sort of werewolf abilities. All that matters is that he is gone. At least, now I would…'

'…I would be able to grief in peace.'

Ignoring Anthony's unnecessary ramblings and rantings. Flower curved her knees upwards, inducing her hands and face on it. She resumed weeping, indulging herself in excess sorrow and anguish.

'Amanda! Julius! I'm sorry. I love you both so much.'

She screamed loudly! Out of anger and grief. 'Why did you have to leave me so soon, uh, who gave you the right to do such. I can't leave like this. No! Absolutely not! Ending my life would be the only option now.'

She wept.

'But before I take my life. I need to know where they were both buried. I have to pay them their last right, I need to make sure that they were buried properly and moderately. I really don't think that shameless man would have buried them properly.'

'But then. He is the only one who knows exactly where they are buried. I'm not certain he would be prompt in wanting to tell me where Amanda and Julius were both buried. Perhaps I should go and search for him. No! No, I can't, I would just tend to hate him if he keeps irritating me with his words.'

'Maybe… Horatio or even Regina would know where Anthony buried Amanda and Julius. But I doubt that they too would be willing to inform me.'

Amidst her thoughts. Flower's stomach grunted occasionally like a thunderstorm. She looked down towards it. She squeezed her face in displeasure.

'I think I need to eat something as soon as possible. I feel so famish,' she placed her palm on her lavishly grunting stomach which was roaring like a fierce lioness.

'Naturally, I want to end my life. If I starve to death then it wouldn't be too much of a tormenting death, would it?I'll have to go with that. I can also attempt to die by hanging myself, but there isn't any ceiling fan here for me to hang a rope upon, I guess I'll just have to starve to death then.'

She wiped her tears and layed down flat atop the extremely cold floor. It was violently cold, even the cold was capable of killing her if she wanted to die by the coldness of the abundant snowy weather.

Flower couldn't help but cry once again. Reminiscing back to the unfortunate events and the sweet times she had spent with Amanda and Julius. Indeed Flower couldn't contain her heartbreaking rate. She breath heavily, and with every breath, the endless emotional sufferings which she was exhibiting kept increasing and ascending higher.

Moments later.

Flower's stomach groaned once again. However, this time it was a little bit unbearable. Even so, Flower still chose to not acknowledge it.

Later on, her stomach grunted occasionally, once again. This time more violently than the last time it grunted. Flower couldn't help but admit that she was feeling overwhelmed with hunger.

Flower whimpered due to the pain of her grunting stomach. Realizing the truth.

'I don't actually think I can restrict myself from eating or even thinking about it. Talkless of trying to starve myself to death. Impossible!'

'I can't do this.' Flower continued, 'I feel as hungry as a hog. I'll have to find some other ways to end my life. Starvation wouldn't do, it won't. I most definitely have to eat something Instantaneously.'

Flower agreed to this in her head. She got up from the cold floor with a viciously trembling body. Her body was trembling, partly due to the unfathomably frigid floor and partly because she had been crying all along, and partly because she was meticulously overpowered by hunger.

Flower exited her tears away from her cheeks. She rotated her face around the room insearch of food. Unfortunately, she couldn't see any. Only a jug overridden with water and an empty glass cup which was placed upside down was placed on the nearby table.

Closing this distance between herself and the table. Since Flower was partly thirsty too from crying so much which dried her throat, leaving it void of spits and liquids.

Wrapping her palm around the cup, she flipped it over. Flower attempted to fill the cup with water from the jug, but she stopped halfways.

'Who needs a cup?'

Flower dropped the cup. Gulping the waters directly from the jug and almost choking on it.

She drank to her satisfaction. Afterwards, she returned an empty jug back to the table.

Letting out a satisfying sigh. Her thirst had been quenched, still yet, she needed to eat something. If she was to stay here and await them, then she would truly starved to death. Anyways this was what she wanted until she changed her mind.

'I would need to eat so as to have enough energy to search for Julius and Amanda's grave,' thinking this, sadness whelmed Flower. Notwithstanding, the feeling of the sudden urge to eat and devour food intrigued her.

'Yes, I would need to eat first,' she assured herself. Abandoning her thoughts. Flower eagerly prompted her feet forward towards the doorway.

Upon reaching there, She attempted a push on the round doorknob.

Surprisingly!
