Eons ago, there was a world of constant turmoil, where death was simply regarded as an everyday occurrence. Millions would die everyday, serving no purpose to the world, never to see the end. Gods used this world as if it was a game, where fate is dictated by the deities themselves.
At times the gods agreed or disagreed and debated on whether the fate of an individual is reasonable, except one goddess, Feyiriis. Feyiriis is the mother of this world but she did not care if that world ended, as it simply was a source of entertainment to her.
But her childrens disagreed and rebelled against the all-powerful goddess. This in turn created an age of inter-divine war, Feyiriis bitterly fought against Dymiis, Tyrvun and Herlas, her three childrens.
In the end, she was defeated and sealed by Herlas, her youngest child. As a last effort to fight, she transferred all her powers to her opponents.
Dymiis became the Goddess of Life and Magic, Tyrvun became the God of Wisdom and Wonders and Herlas, having dealt the final blow, was cursed to be Goddess of Warfare and Sorrow. In the end, even after Feyiriis gone, what they wanted to get rid of was simply passed onto them.
In the present day, the world is still at war and it continues to be until the world ceases to exist.
After the first recorded passage of history, civilization came and technology advanced on the supercontinent of Wards. There are five different nations along with their respective culture, built from the ashes of war.
The Fräuggler Federation, a ultra-militarist dictatorship led by an Overlord, is settled in the north. The south is the ever-prideful, honorable Empire - Basillia - and to the west is the land of technological wonders and advancements, the Republic of Pavalor. Beyond the eastern shores is the Sea of Sorrows and its archipelagos, claimed by the Sereon Theocracy, an overzealous nation ruled by the inquisitive iron hammer of the Elder. The center of the continent houses the independent people of an alliance, the Entente of the Four. All in all, the nation came to have troubled relations and declared a war that would never see an end. Unbeknownst to them, the greatest disaster is approaching rapidly and no measures are being taken.
Amidst this cruel and unforgiving existence, a certain individual will struggle as their choices, seemingly small and yet immeasurably important, are questioned into doubt
