Once Izuku has dressed up decently, I told him that I am interested in buying the huge block of unused land near the entrance of the entertainment district. I also asked him if he knew people who can clear out the land quickly. I saw the astonishment in his eyes. Since he came from a family that did not have much money, hearing someone buying a plot of land in cash for 7 gold without batting an eyelid is a very rare occurence.
