According to Ren's memory of what he could remember, observation haki was something that could be more than overpowered if he could learn it.
'While the original grants something close to a sixth sense that allows the users to sense danger, emotions, intent towards them and some other things, I doubt I'd be able to replicate all that.' After thinking more about it, Ren came to the conclusion that he needed to work another skill into this one he planned on creating to truly make it what he envisioned.
'Since I normally have a calm demeanor and fight with a cool head, I'd say this ability fits me perfectly.' He thought to himself.
Even after theorizing for minutes, Ren could only come to the conclusion that he might not be able to replicate the ability fully, but even that was enough. For the rest, he could make other skills catered for those needs.
