After breaking the statues on the first layer, Damien and Linda came back down, but their teammates were all too badly injured with nothing left in them, and Ray was unconscious. The only two who remained strong enough to keep going were Linda and Damien, and even they didn't have their full strength at that time.
After setting Ray to lay down at the side on the second layer where all their fighting took place, Damien and Linda went down to the get the obsidian shard and finish the raid.
The last monster they had to face was one that sprang out of nowhere to defend the altar and the obsidian shard on it.
After much fighting, they managed to emerge victorious and retrieved the shard, bringing the raid to an end since they had completed the clear condition.
After everything, Linda and Damien succeeded in having a breakthrough of their own. Apart from leveling up from killing the boss monster, Damien even leveled up his skill.
