Ren who had long left the office was quite surprised that he got off so easily, albeit temporarily. 'I can't remember anybody like the vice head from the original book.' He wondered to himself. There was also a possibility that he might have died, or the author just didn't think he was important enough, not that anything ever warranted Ray to meet the vice head in the original story. By the time Ray would really catch the attention of the head of the academy, the story had gone far in.
