Zara and La, now in a relationship, were spending a lazy summer afternoon together in their favorite glade in the woods. It was a magical place filled with trees and green grass and a gentle breeze. The two lovers were laying on the ground, enjoying the sunshine and each other's company.
"Can you believe it's already been over a month since school ended?" Zara asks. "It feels like just yesterday we were counting down the days."
"Feels that way to me too," La says, nuzzling her lover and kissing her softly on the lips. "But now that I think about it," La continues, "I feel like we should be doing more, ya know? We always used to have plans and adventure together, and now we're just laying around doing nothing." Zara takes La's hand and caresses it. "It's okay for now," she says. "But I think we should plan something. You're right. I miss the excitement."
"Me too," La says, smiling at Zara. The two share a look, full of fondness and affection. They were ready for a summer of adventure.
Zara asks "La, why don't we venture across those woods, where the unicorn always run to?" La hesitated for a moment, but then decided to agree. Zara and La gets up and walk into the deepest part of the woods, their curiosity getting the better of them. They've never ventured this far before but they want to see what's behind the thick layer of trees and shrubs. A quiet rustling sound makes them stop. It's the unicorn," Zara whisper. "Its hiding around here somewhere." She looks around trying to spot the beautiful creature. "Do you think we'll find it ?" La asks. Zara glances over at La and she can't help but smile. The thought of finding the unicorn together is too adorable. "Lets try to find it," Zara says.
Zara and La are walking through the deep parts of the woods searching for the unicorn, unaware of the danger they are about to encounter. Suddenly, a loud roar echoes through the trees and they spin around to see a giant monster charging at them. They freeze in fear, not knowing what to do. Zara grabs La tightly and whispers, "It's going to be okay." But it doesn't do much to comfort them as the monster gets closer and closer. They close their eyes tightly, praying that the monster will disappear or that it won't hurt them.
Zara and La hear the monster getting closer, its footsteps thundering through the forest. La can't believe this is happening, they're just trying to find the unicorn, not fight for there lives. The monster roars again and they close their eyes even tighter. But after a few seconds, they hear a loud roar of a ferocious beast. They open their eyes and see a huge half-beast, half-man person leaping onto the monster and attacking it with sharp claws. The monster runs away and the half-man person turns to face Zara and La.
