Chapter 5 - Blood oath?...

Eros's protest echoed in the void, the darkness surrounding them deepening. Delilah, irritated by his merciful display, finally roared, "Enough!"

"Now listen," she began, her voice dripping with icy authority. "The deed has been done, your beloved has sacrificed herself and there's nothing you can do about it... There's nothing anyone can do about it. It's either you take up your new life or her sacrifice goes to waste."

Eros, his heart shattered, crumbled to his knees. "What's the essence of living when Shiva isn't alive? Why should I breathe what isn't mine? I don't deserve it."

His voice broke with each word, the weight of his loss crushing him beneath its immense darkness. Delilah, observing his despair, a mischievous glint sparked in her crimson eyes.

"What if there's a way?" she whispered, her voice a seductive siren call amidst the void's silence.

Eros's head snapped up, his eyes searching hers for a flicker of hope, a lifeline in the abyss of his grief. "What if there was a way for you and your beloved to be together again? Not in the void, not in the abyss, but together, on the mortal plane?" she repeated, her voice a tantalizing melody.

Eros swallowed, his mind a whirlwind of emotions. "If there's something you can do, then do it and stop speaking in parables." His voice, though still laced with grief, held a hint of newfound determination.

Delilah smiled, a predator savoring the prey caught in its web. "Not me... You. How does killing the All-Father sound to you?"

The words hung heavy in the air, a macabre proposition that jolted Eros to his feet. He stared at Delilah, his face contorted in a mixture of shock and disbelief.

"Kill the All-Father?" he echoed, his voice barely a whisper. "But... he's the Elder god. He's the one who sent me here in the first place. How can I possibly..."

Delilah chuckled, a chilling sound that sent shivers down Eros's spine. "I knew you were going to say that." she said, her crimson eyes glinting with a predatory light. "But don't despair. There's a way."

Eros's head snapped up, a flicker of hope igniting in his eyes. "A way? How?" he rasped, his voice filled with desperation.

Delilah chuckled again, a sound that echoed like distant wind chimes in the vast emptiness. "The Bitter Ending Curse," she explained, her voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper, "stripped you of your god powers and immortality. But I can lend you mine."

"Well, not my immortality, you'd be unwise to think that. However, my powers, that I can give," Delilah said with a sly grin creeping up her face.

Eros's eyes widened. "Lend your powers? To me?" The implications were staggering, a lifeline thrown into the abyss of his despair.

Delilah nodded, relishing the flicker of curiosity replacing the doubt in his expression. "Yes, Eros. With my power coursing through your veins, you can be a god once more, with no limit to how far your powers can grow."

The proposition hung heavy in the air, a tempting offer laced with risk and uncertainty. Eros's mind raced, filled with doubts and questions. "And what's in it for you? Why should I believe you?" he asked, his voice laced with suspicion.

Delilah's smile widened, revealing a flash of sharp canines. "Well, let's say the enemy of my enemy is my friend. I have a vendetta against the All-Father as well, so you'll be doing me a favor. Besides," she leaned closer, her voice soft and seductive, "I have always found your rebellion quite... charming."

Eros felt a shiver run down his spine, a mixture of trepidation and excitement. He knew Delilah could not be trusted blindly, but the potential reward was too great to ignore.

"If you still don't believe me," Delilah continued, her voice turning brisk, "then we can sign a contract. That way, it is binding."

She extended a hand towards him, a shimmering contract materializing in her palm. The air crackled with arcane energy as Eros reached out and hesitantly took it. As his fingers brushed against hers, a jolt of power surged through him, a taste of the divinity that was soon to be his.

With a deep breath, Eros began to read the contract, his eyes scanning the lines of mystical script that bound him to Delilah's deal.

As he reached the end, he knew that there was no turning back. He was about to embark on a journey that would rewrite his fate and shake the very foundations of the heavens.

With a deep breath, Eros finally nodded. "Very well, Lady. We have a deal," he said, looking around for something he could use to draw blood from himself, before resolving to a deep bite.

Delilah's disapproving shake of her head halted his actions. She walked up to him, her seductive allure once again taking hold. Taking his hands, she gently seized his gaze onto hers.

"What is it? Changed your mind or what?" Eros asked, raising an eyebrow, a mixture of confusion and anticipation in his voice.

Her seductive gaze never left him as she began to circle around him, her hands tracing and exploring his body. "What do you think you're trying to do?" she asked, her voice dripping with desire.

"Isn't it obvious?" Eros responded, his heart racing. "I was going to sign the contract with his blood."

Her expression turned sly as she leaned in close, her lips almost grazing his ear. "And who told you it's a blood contract?" she whispered seductively.

He pulled back slightly, skepticism lacing his voice. "What do you mean? Isn't it supposed to be a blood contract?"

"Well, maybe for others. But, hello, I'm Delilah, the Goddess of Lust and Immortality. I don't need a blood contract from you, Eros."

Lady Death's eyes locked onto his as she finally came to a stop in front of him. With a provocative smile, she brought out her tongue and sensually licked her fingers.

"I need something else," she said, her gaze trailing down his body until it stopped at a very particular place.

Eros followed her gaze, and his eyes widened in shock.

'Hold on a second, is she staring at… my cock?' Eros asked himself.

Her seductive gaze and suggestive nod left no room for misunderstanding. With a magnetic pull, their eyes locked onto each other, and the tension in the darkness crackled with desire.

She folded her arms and then pointed down at his crotch with her finger in a playful way.

"Come on, Eros. You sign with your seed." She replied.

"My seed?" He asked, taken aback.

"Yes, your semen or whatever it is you want to call it. That way it is a binding contract between us." She said with a wink.

'Okay, that's slightly different from what I was thinking.' he said to himself.

"Are you having second thoughts? Because if you are then it's a loss for you and a win for me. If you don't sign the contract, I'll just be on my way and the sacrifice of your beloved will be a waste or don't you want to have your revenge? And find out who really committed the crime with those virgins?"

"But signing it, well… it's a win-win." She explained.

He shook his head, his mind reeling with something else. He had already made up his mind to do whatever it took to get Shiva back and get his revenge but the next question is…

"You're gonna say something or what?" She asked, leaning in to look straight at him.

She looked more beautiful up close, her face a few inches away from his. He glanced down and her nipples were staring wide at him, her silky hair doing very little in concealing them.

Ideas began to develop within him, like how they would feel under his hands, and how she would respond when he squeezed them.

He shook his head rapidly, in an attempt to shake off the thoughts. He only needs her so he can get back his love. Nothing more, nothing else.

"Just…," he snapped, "I'm thinking of how to… you know? Cum? Spill my seed to sign the contract… " He replied, flustered at his own comment.

"Ohhh… you should have said so. You know I can help with that."

Eros's eyes widened in surprise but Lady Death gave no room for reaction. She pushed him backwards to sit on a large boulder that appeared out of nowhere.

"Wait, hold on a second. I…"
