Owen saw the "guard", who grabbed Laura's arm. She tried to break free from the grip from the guard but could not free himself.
" Let go of me ! cried Laura.
"You are mine now. I will make you my wife." replied the guard.
Owen who had heard everything and seen everything approached the guard and grabbed his arm which held Laura and he exerted a slight pressure, squeezing the guard's arm.
"You, let her go!"
The guard forcibly let go of Laura, but got into a fighting stance and drew a sword.
"You shouldn't have gotten involved in this, you're a dead man," said the keep
" A dead man... "
Owen also braced himself for battle and he summoned a fireball. The guard saw appear a ball of fire, he was a little shocked but soon came to his senses.
"You…how do you do that without incanting?" asked the guard.
Owen didn't answer and nodded, which threw the fireball at the guard. The guard has activated his swordsman skill and he quickly destroyed the fireball sent by Owen.

Owen reformed a fireball, then a second, and finally a third. He threw them all in same time on the guard, who could only destroy one.

Owen then set his arm on fire and rushed at the guard, who didn't had time to recover. Owen punched the guard in the ribs, but the guard defended by stabbing his sword through Owen's shoulder.

Laura screamed when she saw Owen with a sword stuck in his shoulder, that scream brought the villagers to come and see what was happening at the entrance to the village. The villagers wondering why a man was fighting a guard and how he could have the advantage.
"HEY YOU!!! Stop it now," a villager shouted at Owen as he threw a rock at Owen.
The other villagers followed suit and threw rocks at Owen.

The guard laughed at Owen as he held his ribs and backed away preparing to flee. But Owen got closer and he ignited his arm again but this time with a stronger flame. The villagers stopped throwing stones when they saw Owen use magic without incantation.
"Hey guard, do you have a bounty on your head? You shouldn't have done that... I guess whether dead or alive, I would still get the bounty of your capture." Owen said loud enough to that the guard can hear him but not the villagers.
"How do you know that?"
Owen was now close enough to the guard to be able to punch him. Owen gave a massive flaming punch to the face of the guard who instantly lost knowledge and the right half of his face that was charred. But Owen continued to hit him anyway.
"Owen watch out!!! yelled Laura
"AARGH" shouted Owen
A man about two meters tall and as thick as a fridge stood behind him. He had just removed the sword planted in Owen's shoulder. Laura meanwhile approached Owen and she stood beside him, to look at his wound.
"It's okay, the guild leader is here, we're saved," shouted a villager.
Laura brought her hands closer to Owen and a whitish glow came out of her hands and Owen's wound disappeared after a few seconds. Everyone was shocked.
"Who... who are they?" One uses magic without incantation and the other uses magic white..." said a villager.
"Hmm...you two who are you and explain yourself." said the guild leader.
"Thank you Laura... We have nothing to say to you. At the same time you should thank us and
bring me the bounty"
Owen stood up and gestured to the body of the dead guard on the ground. Owen used the Scan skill on the guild leader at the same time.

Owen then went to the store and bought all the magic and told Laura to make some same. They lost 50 points for these purchases. Owen then bought the art skill martial. And he lost 20 points. After all these purchases he ended up with 75 points of store.
