On November 17th, 2021, an 18 year old male person named Wes Kirby came into direct contact with the highly unstable chemical formula ███████. This has happened as a result of a failure in monitoring chemical whereabouts within Unit ██, as well as maintaining active administration in the site at all times. Video recordings dictate that Bryan Kirby, head researcher and the father of Wes Kirby, was responsible for the breach under the enablement of Robert Gomez, a district chemist, who, in spite of being in higher position than Bryan, had no jurisdiction allowing this chemical to leave the site.
Additionally, Wes Kirby has been showing strange side-effects as a result of his direct contact with formula ███████. Specifically, we have photo evidence that his left arm has taken on the inconsistent properties of the chemical, being able to morph the properties of his person on that side, though he has seemingly taken control over it. Field personnel are directed to not make physical contact with this arm, in order to avoid multiple instances of the chemical affecting people this way. We do not know how it spreads, and until further investigation, physical contact with ███████ is strictly prohibited. He also still seems to have gained control over the ███████ inhabiting his arm. How he has done this is unknown, but we do know that he still is not completely aware of every function of ███████. He has taken the bottle with him everywhere, and has been militant in keeping a watchful eye on it at all times, trying to discover the nature of the chemical, and how it has been affecting him on a more concrete level.
As of today, November 18th, 2021, we are putting a bulletin on their heads, effective immediately. These three men need to be found at all costs, and any and all traces of the chemical must be recovered and stored back into custom containment bottles.
We're also aware of three other containment bottles containing chemical formula ███████ having breached the premises as a result of a break-in. We have but a few strands of DNA left behind that are currently out for DNA analysis to discover the perpetrator of the break-in. How they breached security is unknown due to cameras having been taken down mysteriously. In the meantime, the three bottles of ███████ must be found immediately and the person responsible for the break-in, once discovered, must be punished by death immediately for taking this formula to the outside world.
