Chereads / How to Tame Your Demi-Girl / Chapter 13 - A Message From God?

Chapter 13 - A Message From God?

The protagonist in the novel I read, was essentially the human male who possessed a strong bloodline, of the current generation, even though he didn't even belong to that world.

The story followed him meeting these demi-human girls, who were cursed with the awakening of their bloodline, and solving their 'problems' by using the third method I just mentioned.

The reason he is doing so, is because it was hinted in the prologue that only by 'saving' these girls, could he solve the mystery of how he came to this world and how to go back home.

He was also told that if he completed the story in its entirety, then he would be given the reward of asking for anything he could ever dream of, which was the same as getting a free pass from God.

Although this novel may seem to have a decent backstory and a righteous protagonist who is on a mission to save those poor girls, I simply think that it's just a massive excuse for the protagonist to have some 'fun' with the girls, and let the readers enjoy the scenes.

It was basically a novel, having a really interesting and diverse world, and having so much potential to go forth, as a drama-packed fantasy story. Only to be turned into an erotic novel, where half the time you read about the protagonist flirting with the girls, and the other half 'playing' with them.

Honestly, all that backstory about the Matriarchs and Bloodlines, are unnecessary in my opinion, and the author should've simply said that the protagonist is horny and wants to sleep with some demi-girls, instead of making a long-winded excuse.

Worst of all, is now, I have become that very protagonist from this novel that I don't have any fond feelings towards, which is quite ironic.

How do I know that you ask?

Well, I basically confirmed it the moment I was transported into this world, since the white book that was in my hand, hinted it towards me last night when I was reading it.

It didn't turn into a magical book and start talking to me; telling me that I would be transported here. But informed me in advance, in an ingenious manner.

The way it told me, was through the story that took place in it.

When I first started to read the novel last night, I was surprised to find out that the protagonist of the story had the same name as mine.

I thought it was funny at first. But as I continued reading, I was horrified to find out that not only did the protagonist have the same name as me. But he was actually me, myself.

The book's story, literally started with the protagonist's sister; who also had the same name as my sister, finding a book in her room and informing her brother.

The protagonist then gets cautious about the book's sudden appearance, and starts to take measures for his sister's safety.

This is exactly what I did a week ago, when my sister came to me with that same doubt.

The story didn't stop there, and even went on till the protagonist got fed up, and started to read the book last night to see if he could find any clues, like I did.

The creepiest part of it was that, the story was written from the perspective of the protagonist.

So, what it meant was that not only did the book somehow manage to predict a week into my future when I first found it, and I also noted down exactly what I did and why I did so.

It also recorded all the thoughts, I had going through my head at every moment, and the emotions I was feeling at every time of the day.

It was basically a transcript recording that was copied from my brain, from events that hadn't even happened yet.

I remember the goosebumps I felt, as my throat went dry and my hands shuddered, when I turned every page of the novel, as if I were reading the most graphic horror book to ever exist.

I even started to look around my room, to see if someone was monitoring my every movement.

But I quickly realised that, even if someone was monitoring me at all times, there was no way in hell they could have perfectly predicted what would happen to me in the future and right it down, and also be able to hear my thoughts that only I know of.

I got so scared knowing that someone or something out there, knew me even more than myself; going to the extent of predicting my future and jotting it down on this book, and sending it to me like it was some sort of early birthday present.

It made me want to tear the book into a million pieces and burn it into ashes, almost as if I were eliminating some kind of evil existence, that descended upon this earth to torture me and question my existence.

But I stopped myself from destroying the book and calmed myself down, when I realised that I only got to the part in the story where I was sitting on my sister's desk; realising that I was the protagonist in the story, and that there were still some more pages left.

I pondered if I should continue reading or simply throw this nightmare of a book away, and go back to sleep. But in the end, I decided to continue, after realising that something as complicated as this, won't end just because I want it to and will only continue to haunt me.

It was better to thoroughly know your enemy first, before you decide to face it, so I decided to read the rest of the novel and find out what my future was like.

The rest of the novel, was basically what I mentioned before, where the protagonist gets transported to a new world and 'saves' a bunch of demi-girls, for a chance to escape this world and get that final reward.

There were only a few chapters after that, where he met one or two girls. But for some reason, I don't remember any specific details of that and only know it happened.

I only remember the prologue of the book, where a lot of the new world's past is explained. And also the mission the protagonist has, and also the reward that will come with it.

The actual content of the story is blank in my head where he meets the female protagonists, as if the book were telling me to make my own story, now that I know what to do. It was almost as if all that future telling, and writing me as the protagonist of this book, was to guide me on what to do.

Actually, now that I think about it, the book even mentioned something along those lines.

After reading the remaining two chapters, which I don't recall, there was a single line on the page, right after the last chapter.

It was quite eye-catching, as it was in the center of the page, and it looked to be handwritten, as if it were a message from someone, to the one reading the book.

If I remember correctly, the words were:

'I wish you the best of luck, √̴̧̨̟̞͚̹̒̽͋͛̈́͋́̉̒̿̓̌̈́̏̒̓̾̉̕̕͜͜Π̵̨̡̬̫̩͚̼̠̳̠̜͛͗̉̓̃͊͌͒̊̒̇̀̈́͗̏̅̈̕͠¶̶̡̖̳͕͚̓̅̇̈́̐̒̏́̈́̈̄̓̏̉́̃̐̚̚͠͝∆̸̫̮̮̼̭̜̟̥̬͉͇̹̹̤̘͑̒͒̚͝Ω̵̢̩̙̦̪̘̬͔̺͙͉͈͓̻̦̬̻̜̱͓̻̼͐͆̍̃̅̔̎̓̊͆͌͛͐́̀͘͝√̷̩͔͈̥̩̝̪̻͔̞̼̆̑̉̈̂̈́͑̓̾̀͌̎̐͜.̸̢̧̧͉̲͕̗̩̣̘͉̞̘̹͙͖͕̳̘̯̠̯́̊̽̀͒̄́̈́̒̈͑͘͠͠ͅ .And I hope that you make a story, that will thoroughly entertain me.'
