Gilgamesh appeared above the stone heads in the village, and Mura's cold winds formed his body near him afterwards.
"You still need to work on that," Gilgamesh said, and Mura nodded.
"Copy me. This will help you," Gilgamesh instructed as they began to run.
Mura nodded and ran with him.
"Now!" Gilgamesh signaled when he sensed no eyes were on them and weaved hand signs that Mura copied in real-time.
As soon as they were done, their bodies were no longer visible.
"No way!" Mura almost screamed as he couldn't see his shadow, even though it was day and the skies were clear.
"You modified wind jutsu to do this? Master, you have opened my eyes again to numerous possibilities. I thought I was limited with only earth, wind, and water release, but most of your jutsu I have seen are from wind release!" Mura complimented.
"And I hope you have developed your flight jutsu!" Gilgamesh said as he took to the skies.
Mura smiled and jumped high to meet Gilgamesh in the air as wings made of ice grew from his back.
"Ho, so you can manipulate your ice to that extent. Is that what that blue dragon on the back of your montsuki is?" Gilgamesh asked loudly since they were in the air.
"You are voice isn't clear enough. Hold on, let me use this," Gilgamesh said as he weaved hand signs for a sound jutsu for effective communication in the air.
"Amazing, master!" Mura complimented as he could hear his voice now.
"I actually intended to use this to add an extra feature to my barrier genjutsu," Gilgamesh smiled, sending a chill down Mura's spine.
"Well, as you said, the dragon is made of pieces of concentrated ice jutsu in shards that make up the dragon. Each piece was filled with almost half of my chakra to make it as durable and effective as possible," Mura explained.
"And I saw more than ten. So you spent an entire month making that?" Gilgamesh joked.
"Less than a month, and they are more than fifty. Most of my outfit has ice shards in between the fabrics acting as light armor. In a way, they are like dragon scales," Mura said.
"Um… doesn't it get wet?" Gilgamesh asked with furrowed eyebrows.
"As long as I have chakra, it's just cold, which feels like normal temperature to me now," Mura said.
"So your creations melt once you don't have enough chakra to keep them frozen?" Gilgamesh asked as they had already passed the outskirts of the Hidden Leaf Village and were on the path toward the Land of Wind.
"Ah..." Mura muttered as he looked at Gilgamesh in confusion.
"Are you still limiting yourself to the norm?" Gilgamesh said as he looked ahead and spread his senses.
"Are you with your cloak?" Gilgamesh asked, and Mura nodded.
Gilgamesh and Mura arrived in the village hidden in the grass. The village was small, with lush greenery and simple wooden houses, the people going about their daily routines.
Gilgamesh decided to expose his head soon after entering the village. The chief of the guards couldn't do much or say much to keep him out of the village since he sold the Hidden Stone information on Gilgamesh and expected him to be dead or in Iwagakure.
Some of the people began to whisper about him in the village, and Mura found it annoying until some members of the village surrounded Gilgamesh and Mura.
Mura wondered if he had to harm mere villagers this time until cheers erupted from the small crowd. Praises landed on Gilgamesh as some even thanked him personally for wiping out that group of bandits Gilgamesh had personally dispatched. Apparently, some of the villagers had lost family members and properties to that notorious band of rogue ninjas, among other things.
Mura was surprised at the welcome and followed his master along with the crowd.
Gilgamesh simply asked for medical supplies and was directed to a store owner who was more than grateful to help Gilgamesh free of charge. He had lost his brother to that notorious group and had been preparing a suicide mission of poisoning the entire group but heard a golden-haired boy named Gilgamesh from the Leaf Village burned them all to their deaths. The store owner was happy to hear their deaths weren't quick since they had to feel pain before they died.
Gilgamesh and Mura soon left the village afterwards and took to the skies.
'I thought he wanted us to move in stealth?' Mura thought.
"Master, why did you unveil yourself?" Mura asked.
"I felt something good would happen if I did. No, I saw something good," Gilgamesh said as they flew and tried to find where Kakashi would be hiding according to the information given in his letter.
Mura wasn't new to understanding Gilgamesh's ability to see into the future sometimes and nodded after that.
"Look over there, master, that marked tree!" Mura alerted Gilgamesh as the duo touched down.
Gilgamesh had already sensed Kakashi's chakra signature and one other person. He could also see them from afar and saw a boy tending to Kakashi's injuries.
Gilgamesh and Mura stood near the tree, and Mura whistled a tune as per Kakashi's request for a signal.
The duo waited until Mura sensed a small dog watching them from a distance. Mura appeared behind the dog with a body flicker technique, causing the dog to jump.
The dog wore a Konoha ninja headband and a blue cloth tied around its neck, which draped down its back like a cape.
"Hey! Don't sneak up on me like that! And why did it get so cold?" The dog spoke, sending Mura into a world of shock and surprise.
He had seen summoning animals, but he had never heard one talk before, and this one sounded and looked like a middle-aged man who didn't have his morning coffee and was grumpy about it.
"Who are you?" Mura asked.
"Baka! Is that how you were brought up? Questioning your elders before greeting them? Kids these days," the dog answered, keeping Mura's attention, he looked back to check on the boy Mura was with and didn't find him.
"What? I couldn't even sense him, but wait… I think I can smell him," the dog thought, ignoring Mura's complaints about being called a kid.
"Kakashi! You owe me a spar!" Gilgamesh said as the dog and Mura looked to the side.

In the Hokage's office, the Third Hokage suddenly looked alarmed. "Ah! I forgot to mention to that boy Mura that he should be careful about using his ice style. He might be mistaken and get killed by some hunter nin or mist shinobi."
Shikaku only sighed and lit his cigarette afterward. "Let's see what happens then."
