Hours passed with the same old activities, from carving to checking on the material delivery, by the time the scanner finished scanning it had been 8 hours and it was literally 8 am in the morning.
Jeff saw the time and was dumfounded, he was so focused on finishing one armor set that he forgot about the time and that was just the clone troopers armor platings, it was at this moment that he found out that he was missing a material that he could no longer buy with his budget.
He was missing anti-beam cloth, although its called a cloth its more similar to latex or other elastic materials, he covered his face and lamented at his incompetence.
"Dumb ass, i really forgot about the first rule of Toymaking, proper preparation, uuuuugh! First time being independent and im messing up a lot! Phew lets look for a replacement, ill just coat that replacement material with Anti-beam coating later or replace the material once i get some investments, i just need to make 5 clone troopers or maybe just one and ill open up a fundraiser, right lets copyright the sketches and concept but first lets see what the red shavings are"
Jeff tapped on his Holocom to reveal what the scan results were.
[Results: 400g 100% Charged Ruby]
"Its charged ruby, nice!, But what is up with all these coincidences? I got lots of laser related stuff except the cloth, eh who cares atleast i can make money later with it but for now lets copyright"
Jeff placed the sketches in front of the Holocom and it was quickly scanned and placed into the Holocoms memory, just like a photo file, he then navigated to the copyright departments web services and uploaded his information along with his sketches and a simple soft lore that read:
CLONE TROOPER:
Replaceable lore points:
[] - Loyal to specific organization
() - Current Lore world
Soft lore:
Perfect copies of the most elite soldiers in the (World) with the ability to learn and add on to the ability of the original, they are loyal to the [Organization] and will follow any command as long as it follows their creed, albeit majority are loyal to the [Organization] some of them decided to fight back against specific orders choosing to live out their lives the way they want it.
Those who rebelled lost their old purpose but gained a new view in life, some improved while some perished, only one thing was for certain, whether they rebelled or stayed loyal they all gained a new chapter in their lives for as long as they lived.
"Honestly dont remember shit but i guess this should be fine for soft lore, im a Toymaker afterall not a Loremaker"
Next Jeff entered the entry for storm troopers which read as follows:
STORM TROOPER:
Replaceable lore points:
[] - Loyal to specific organization
() - Current Lore world
Soft lore:
After the clones were decommissioned Storn Troopers took their place, albeit having the same production methods as clones they are vastly different, from their first conception they were instilled with combat knowledge and loyalty towards the [Organization] to further lower the chances of rebellion, albeit still not being a perfect formula it lowered the risk of betrayal by a huge margin.
They grow up amongst their peers in a competitive environment where they must showcase their skills, they must perform up to spec otherwise a replacement can be easily produced, those that pass becomes the [Organization]s front line army, serving its purpose till the end of their lives, some can be promoted but rarely does it happen.
"I dont remember much at all, were the storm troopers stripped of their emotions or was it another trooper type? Bah this soft lore is enough"
He uploaded everything under his pseudonym Fun Haus, the processing was fast since it was mostly performed by the powerful super computer of the government, his creation got the green, and he now owns it, and just needs to create a physical product within a month otherwise his copyright will be removed to make way for other Toymakers or Plagiarizers.
"Phew now then lets look for a replacement... or maybe i should start that fundraiser but would anyone fund me when i dont even have a physical product?"
While Jeff was thinking his hands would move and open up the market area, it had a fundraising section where Toymakers or even Loremakers would go to ask for funding and vice versa.
"NGH! Lets do it for now! If i really cant find an investor in 7 days then ill find a material replacement"
Jeff filled in the requirements again and uploaded pictures AGAIN, he then tapped enter and the fundraising was posted, his fundraising goal was 10,000 coins with only 5 slots available which has a minimum funding price of 2000 coins.
"I wonder if im asking for too much? Nah im not i even added 5 storm troopers in addition to giving them 1/5 limited clone troopers to supplement the storm trooper lore"
Jeffs market profile didnt have a logo yet so it might look like a scammers profile so he quickly drew up a photo of Fun Haus from brave and bold holding a robot, then scanned it just to make himself look professional.
"I really hope someone funds me and if someone does i promise myself to prepare ahead of time, ugh i still cant forgive myself for the consecutive blunders i executed..."
