"Rachael, do you want me to kiss your mummy?" Raymond asked.
"Yes?" Rachael answered and shyly looked away. "Don't worry, I won't look."
"Rachael." Alexa called in surprise.
"You're the one who said you'd do anything for your daughter." Paige muttered while looking aside.
Alexa was confused. Her mind couldn't keep up. What was going on?
"But your mummy doesn't want it." Raymond said and carried her up. "Come on, let's take your mummy to the dining table to eat something."
"Yeah. She needs to eat something. Come on mummy." Rachael said and Alexa closed her eyes. Was it okay to faint again? She felt mentally exhausted.
Steve shook his head and walked out of there.
"My name is Paige, by the way." Paige finally introduced herself. "Nice to meet you, Alexa. I feel we'll have a lot of time together, going forward." She smiled and Alexa nodded.
"Nice to meet you too."
