"So you are saying that the current investigation just ended up in a circle once more and before you all knew it, it ended up into a dead end once again?" Based on the tone of Alfred's voice, it is clear he is furious at the incompetence of his men.
"I am sorry sir. We already utilized the help of some magicians but we still ended up in that state so we really can't say anything aside from the bad news itself."
Alfred sighed as he slumped into his paperwork. Lately has been so hectic for him that even resting, he barely has time to do so.
After the disappearance of his wife, the court started to get messy and the control over everything started to fall apart. People who were all in favor of his wife's ruling and control started to cause a stir and some have even started riots in different parts of the kingdom.
