"Okay, looks like this area is clear," Remarked Kalico, sniffing around as we took down an evolved High Level Monster.
"Good, let's keep going at this pace, nice and steady. Rushing in would be suicide, so keep your guards up and stick together, everyone," I instructed, leading the way as we headed further into the tunnel.
We've lost about half our group so far, which is a bit more than I'd have ideally hoped for, but it's fine...we'll just have to make sure that those sacrifices won't be in vain. We've encountered progressively stronger enemies the further into the tunnel we've ventured, and based on that, we could run into one of the evolved Critical Level Monsters at any point now.
