"Yeah, let's close up shop for the day...no one's going to come here with this storm raging," I remarked, as I peered out the window at the torrential rain pelting down outside.
"Yes, sir, I'll lock up right away."
"We made some decent sales today during the morning and afternoon, so it's not all bad."
"Good work today, boss. We'll handle the lock up, you should go rest."
"Thanks, I think I'll take you up on that offer. I'll be in my office if you need me," I replied with a grateful smile, before heading up to my office as my employees began locking up the store.
