It was a day of celebration for Lola and her friends. Even though she had missed out on a great opportunity be employed, she was excited to be free from her toxic marriage.
Watching Brian almost got nut with rage when she admitted to a false claim, filled her with satisfaction. She had intentionally siad that to the hearing of Chelsea, to destroy any notion that Brian could be the suspected father of her unborn baby. Although, Lola was still inwardly troubled for her safety and that of her foetus, due to Chelsea's threat.
To celebrate her divorce and freedom as a single woman, Lola took her two friends to one of their favourite restaurant, where she ordered an expensive bottle of alcoholic wine, non alcoholic wine and some delicious cuisine.
When their table had been decorated with an array of colourful and tantalising food, the three friends dug in.
"How does it feel to finally be a free woman, Miss Lola?" Maureen asked, beaming with excitement.
