"So, Mrs Hart, according to your testimony, there is no proof that you gave your former friend the money because you asked her to destroy the evidence. Is that correct?"

"Yes, Your Honour," Lola replied more confidently.

"And according to you, an anonymous friend bought you a house." The Judge asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Yes, Your Honour."

"Then I'm afraid to say that you may have to pay your husband the 1.4 million dollars."

"Okay...your honour."

"Okay?" Brian asked mockingly.

"Mr Brian!" The judge flashed him a warning look.

"Forgive me. Your Honour." Brian apologized.

Lola ignored Brian's jeering as she asked a vital question."

"Permit me to ask, your Honour, if I were to make this amount of money available to Mr Hart, right now, would I be granted the divorce immediately?"
