Chapter 259 - The Viper's Son

Like an explosion from volcanic paint, the sky - with autumn colours, red, orange and yellow - is brought to life. It was a beautiful sunset and a reminder that a perfect day had come to an end.

Lola was grateful for every moment she spent in Prince Hakeem's company, sharing precious memories that were endearing. She got to know more about herself, her likes and dislikes, her favourite games and music, and most importantly her love for art.

Prince Hakeem was a gentleman in everything he did, always seeking her opinion first and putting her emotion at the top of all their discussion.

Even when Lola expected him to ask questions about her pregnancy, he didn't, knowing it would ruin her mood. And Lola appreciated him for this.

Before personally dropping her off at the palace and walking her down to the king's quarters, Prince Hakeem invited Lola to his empire for a feast prepared in her honour.
