Ramsey felt slapped in the face by Richmond's words. Honestly, he never knew of any court restriction order until they ran into Lola at the hospital. They only acted on the information Ian's driver gave them.
He also felt greatly disturbed by this new information of indicting evidence, which could put Ian in greater jeopardy.
"Let me ask you this simple question, Aunt Nancy," Richmond said after a brief pause. "How would you feel, if Lola was your daughter?"
"That heartless chameleon can never be my daughter." Nancy spat out, fuming like an erupting volcano, as both anger and terror swirled inside of her.
"Of course, she can never be your daughter. The question was if she was your daughter." Richmond said sardonically.
