Chapter 109 - Agony At Graveyard

As the sun, a weary traveler, bids the world goodbye, painting the sky in hues that dreams embrace, the night breeze enabled by the whistling distant oak tree, blew gently by. The atmosphere was relatively serene and peaceful, a great place to meditate and just be at one with the universe.

Sadly, this was a place that brought Richmond so much grief. A place where he had once stood and watched his best friend and lover, laid to rest, amidst bitter wailing.

Even though Lizzy's family later forgave him after realizing that he wasn't responsible for her death, Richmond never forgave himself. He blamed himself for introducing Lizzy to Ian even when he knew Ian's playboy history. He shredded himself for not paying attention to Lizzy more and leaving her vulnerable to someone he once called a brother. He felt broken that she died, bleeding to death rather than coming to him and confiding in him.
