[Ding! A New Mission has been issued: Uncover the true intent behind the Silent Battlefield Games.]
[Rewards: Fire Attribute Enchantment Card, Single-Use Protection Card]
Jun's gaze immediately honed in on the Fire Attribute Enchantment Card listed among the rewards.
"System, could you provide more details about this card?"
[Ding! As stated by the name, this Card will allow the host to enchant a certain item and give it properties of Fire, for example: weapon, clothing, armor, etc.]
"Now that I think about it, I haven't really tried to use my attributes on my weapons"
[Ding! I would advise from doing that host]
"And why not? I don't see anything wrong with it" Jun questioned back.
[Ding! Currently, all weapons across the Eternal Continent lack the capability to channel any attributes—fire, water, earth, air, lightning, and so forth.]
"Is that so? Every single weapon? How can that be? And what if I attempt to infuse my attributes into them?" Jun challenged, his curiosity piqued.
[Ding! Should the host attempt such an action, the outcome would be rather disappointing. Any weapon or item infused with your attributes would deteriorate, becoming ineffective and disintegrating. The reasons behind this phenomenon will become clear upon the completion of your mission.]
"But couldn't I just rely on my own understanding to solve this mystery?" Jun countered, not yet ready to relent.
[Ding! The host is certainly free to attempt it, though be warned, the endeavor could extend far beyond your expectations, possibly spanning years.]
Smacking his lips, Jun spoke "Years?! Over some simple attribute enchantments on items," Jun grumbled, the idea seeming more daunting than he had anticipated.
Back when Jun first unlocked attributes, his control over his energy wasn't that high compared to now so he wasn't able to channel his attributes outside of his body to test it out on weapons, but now it's different, wouldn't it be awesome to release some sword intent covered in flames but have the power of an explosion but maintain the sharpness of the sword?
Snapped back to the moment, Jun noticed Yinling rising to leave. "Wait!" he called out, his voice firm as he reached out to gently grasp Yinling's wrist.
Yinling paused, turning her gaze to meet Jun's, an unspoken question in her eyes. "What's wrong, Jun?"
Jun took a moment, searching for the right words. "We don't have to rush off... perhaps we can take this opportunity to really understand what the Heaven's Eternal Alliance's true intentions are with this event," he suggested, his tone earnest, hinting at the depth of his concern and the gravity of the situation.
Yinling paused, weighing Jun's proposal. The risk was substantial, but the potential reward of uncovering the Heaven's Eternal Alliance's true motives could offer them a strategic advantage in the future.
"It's a gamble, stepping right into their line of sight," she mused aloud, the gravity of their decision hanging between them.
"Sometimes, the most obvious place is the best place to hide," Jun countered.
Yinling, momentarily lost for a counterargument, let out a soft chuckle. "You have a point... Alright, we'll take your approach."

With a mischievous smirk, Jun gently tugged at Yinling, his unexpected pull sending her tumbling lightly until she found herself atop him. Close enough to feel the warmth of his breath, he whispered into her ear, his voice a soft murmur.
"Do you want to continue where we left off" The heat from Jun's breath traced goosebumps along Yinling's skin, stirring a whirlwind of sensations that spiraled deep within her core.
Yinling didn't know how she ended up straddling Jun on the couch, but being in this position made her feel a certain way that she didn't seem to mind.
"Jun! stop it, we have to cultivate first!" Yinling's retort came as a breathy whisper. Yet, her body betrayed her words, remaining entwined with his, unwilling to break the spell that had woven itself around them.
"It's only one day, and besides... I've waited long enough," Jun whispered, his voice a low murmur filled with yearning. With deliberate gentleness, he grasped Yinling by her hips, drawing her closer until the space between them melded into a shared warmth. The heat of their proximity radiated, weaving an invisible tapestry of connection around them.
Yinling, moved by an instinctive pull towards him, draped her arms—smooth and fair as alabaster—around Jun's neck. Her fingers lightly brushed the nape of his neck, sending ripples of anticipation through both. She looked down into his eyes, finding in them a reflection of her own deepening emotions.
Jun leaned in, the space between them charged with anticipation. As their lips met, a shiver of delight coursed through him, the warmth of her touch sparking a hunger for more. Their kiss deepened, a passionate exchange that sealed them in their own cocoon of desire.
Minutes blurred as their connection ignited a fire within Jun, a burning need that centered with an intense warmth, urging them closer to the brink of surrender.
In need of air, they both separated, a thin strand of saliva connecting their lips, serving as a bridge of proof of what happened here.
"Wow..." Jun exhaled, each breath a whisper of awe.
Yinling, equally breathless, was engulfed in the aftershock of their kiss, a moment that awakened an insatiable longing within her. This newfound hunger, this craving for more, left her reeling, yearning for the intimacy they had just shared to continue.
Before Jun could fully regain his breath, Yinling leaned in once more, her lips claiming his with renewed fervor as she grasped his hair and pulled him closer. Her tongue ventured deeper, an intimate exploration that entwined with his in a dance of mutual desire.
A moan of pleasure escaped Jun, a sound muffled by the intensity of their kiss. It sparked a playful yet passionate contest between them, each vying for dominance in an exchange filled with fervor and longing.
After moments that stretched and twisted with their tangled breaths, Jun gently coaxed Yinling into yielding, her resistance melting away under the assertive tenderness of his advance.
"You really can't wait, can you?" Jun teased, his voice ragged with desire as he felt the pulse of excitement thrumming through his veins.
Yinling, caught in the throes of her own fervent response, was breathless, her cheeks aflame with a deep, crimson blush. Her embarrassment at her boldness mingled with an undeniable thrill.
"I... I jus--" Her attempt to speak was cut short by the soft press of Jun's lips against the sensitive skin of her neck. The unexpected touch sent a shockwave of desire through her, coaxing a soft moan from her lips as she instinctively arched into him, surrendering to the wave of pleasure.
Driven by her reaction, Jun's actions grew bolder, his kisses trailing fire along her neck, each touch a promise of the depth of his longing, reflecting the intense, mutual craving that urged them closer to the edge of abandon.
