Chapter 300 - Drain

He was now in the basement area near the Chapel. If there was a Moroi there, he should have felt their presence.

The maid took out a ten-inch tablet and showed a camera streaming feed from inside the Chapel. She then zoomed in to show Victor's face more clearly.

Tepes thought for a moment, trying to remember who he was. He had so many step-siblings that he had lost count. He also didn't know most of them.

A laugh escaped his mouth as he kicked the woman kneeling in front of him away, leaving her with a broken nose and blood. But he didn't care. 

He stood up and raised his hand, gesturing for the other women to dress him.

The two women quickly moved, feeling relieved deep inside. 

Staying around Tepes was like walking on a tightrope; they were doomed if there was a single mistake. Sometimes, they didn't even make a fault, and Tepes would just torture them for amusement.
