"I still don't get what makes you approach us." Victor asked as he grabbed a bite.
"Well, actually, we are looking for witnesses for our marriage. You see, both of us are orphans, and we have no friends."
"But we are strangers. Aren't you afraid if we are bad people?" Elly asked.
Ana let out a small laugh. "Of course not. The reason is simple. From how you look at each other, I can see that you're both really in love. People in love will never be bad people."
Victor and Elly looked at each other, finding the woman's thoughts weird.
They found it strange as she said she was an orphan. Both of them should have their own life experience, not some sheltered rich heir.
"That is still too risky. You should know that. And we cannot help you with that request." Victor said to reprimand them.
"It's only a moment and won't take much of your time. Can't you help us?" Ana requested with pleading eyes.
