Elsewhere, Alaric and Lilith floated in the sky.
The moon hung high above them, and wings of blood flapped from both their backs.
Two wings came from Lilith, and four sprouted from Moroi.
"Do we need to do this?" Lilith asked.
"We have no choice. This bastard keeps hiding. Even the Zodiac has started moving.
He's the only Providence user we know nothing about. An unknown factor like him is the most dangerous."
"But the Pope could just send his Templar and Crusader armies. Why must we go ourselves?"
"You know the situation with the Vatican. He made a deal with part of the Zodiac.
We're handling this unknown factor. I could send Kale, but she's still resting after the last fight."
Lilith lips twitched, "I could do this alone. Don't you believe in me?"
"Haha. Don't be like this, Lilith. You know why. You're better suited for healing than combat, and I don't want to add more guilt to your shoulders," Alaric replied.
