Having her senses returned, Ziilthis knew she was in danger.
Her hand grasped Mara's hand on her neck, its sharp nails digging deep into Mara's flesh.
However, it was pointless; there was no blood coming out. Ziilthis could feel her teeth could not even penetrate Mara's skin.
Desperate, she concentrated poison inside her mouth and spat it out towards Mara, but Mara dodged it easily by tilting her head.
With a cold tone, she said, "Try that again, then I will bring you back without any limbs. I hear lizards can regrow them; I am curious if it's true."
But that threat doesn't work for Ziilthis; she knows her life will be even more at risk if she brings her to their destination. Ziilthis uses her tail, claws, and limbs to fight back against Mara, but the result only further annoys her.
