Malacai then thought to use Wrath as Eleanor and Emily's personal guard. Something he decided after knowing how he really felt about them.
If it was before Caeli became an Apostle, he would think to use Wrath to lead another unit.
As for how she was made, Malacai didn't intend to experiment on her. It was more effective for him to just get it from Fiona's sister, Alicia, directly.
They then released Wrath from the chain since she looked stable for now.
"Malacai, can I take her for a bath?" Reina asked.
Even though she was not her mother, she had the same appearance.
Reina couldn't bear seeing her dirty like now and walking naked all around without any sense of shame.
"Sure, teach her some common sense, too, while you're at it."
Reina smiled, then nodded.
She then asked, "What do you plan to do with her, Malacai?"
"I plan to have her follow your sister and Mom to become their personal bodyguard."
