"Remember what I told you, Eli. Don't listen to whatever your mother tells you."
Elizabeth bit her lips secretly and nodded to the camera to show her father that she was listening. Daniel stared at her for a moment before finally nodding and ending their call. She sighed as she turned off her laptop and flopped on the bed.
Talking to her father was now starting to become tiresome for her. As her mother said, he was, as always had been someone who doesn't know how to have fun. Now that she had started exploring herself, she was starting to get annoyed and irritated whenever her father would insist to be updated with her whereabouts although they were miles away.
