They set out at dawn the next morning, and the lord of the manor seemed almost more concerned with sending Merwyn off respectfully than Adrien.

After they left, Merwyn cheerfully reached over to give her that pretty fae vision again, this time without even bothering to wait to ask or be asked.

Which was fine, because she'd been looking forward to it anyway.
