Chapter 71 - Seventy-First

Emily yawned as she leaned against the balcony railing. Although she'd had an exceptionally late night, she'd still gotten up before noon. Which was some kind of victory.

It didn't feel like much of one, granted. But at least she wasn't missing breakfast and lunch.

The sun shone brightly overhead, illuminating the bustling streets below.

She rested her chin atop her crossed arms, watching people wander about aimlessly as they did their daily activities.

The view was wonderful, of course, just as wonderful as it had been the day before.

But now...looking out at it, she couldn't help but remember the breathtaking views that Merwyn showed her. A part of her couldn't help but wonder what it looked like in the daylight like this.

When Merwyn saw a city bustling with people on the street, what did he see?
