"Damn orcs..." Kieran grumbled to himself under his breath.

Adrien let out a low sigh as he sat hunched over inside of the cramped carriage, his elbow propped up against one of the seats so that he could hold his chin with his hand, staring off into space in an effort to pass the time.

Kieran muttered curses and threats under his breath under his breath. He kept looking behind the carriage, but the road remained empty.

For the moment.

"...Hey, Adrien?" She ventured. "Do you like these Summits?"

"Of course. It's a vital part of running a country." He said this without a hint of hesitation. "It's critical that we ensure we have positive relations with neighboring countries. Relationships take a great deal of effort to build."

He sighed, adding,
