Merwyn beamed at Adrien, looking entirely too happy with himself.
She couldn't blame Merwyn for being happy that they were about to escape this place after so long, but she had a rather sneaking suspicion his happiness came more from the giant reptile next to him than the escape.
"Yes, yes. Come. On the grumpy noisy boy!"
"But the tablet says-"
"Eeeehh." Merwyn waved a hand, immediately cutting Adrien off. "That's not a success one~!"
The prince squinted at Merwyn. "What are you talking about?"
Merwyn puffed out his cheeks and huffed. "Princey! Trust your loyal friend Merwyn~! This is the way to get out of this puzzle box."
Adrien hesitated a few moments longer. "...A loyal friend, huh?"
Merwyn sparkled happily, beaming at the prince.
