He might or might not have done questionable things in the past, like the time when she was still adjusting to business, and he showed up at the shareholders' meeting, taking control of Chen Lina's shares.
That night had made her wary of him, but she didn't necessarily go easy on him afterward. She also acquired a percentage of Lu Corporation's shares, which at the time had been a significant blow to him as well.
But aside from that, if she really considered their past, Lu Xian could be counted as one of the few friends she had. Since the first time she met him, the man—regardless of his intentions or ulterior motives—had only ended up helping her.
