Valor was born in Wano and when Valor was 5 years old he was playing with a pistol and accidentally shot his right eye and wore an eyepatch on most occasions sometimes with a fake eyeball. Valor ate the Buko Buko no Mi fruit/Factory Factory Fruit at Age 15 which is a Paramecia which makes him a living Factory he has an armory in is Factory and has a pocket dimension and can make weapons in a seconds and is really useful for fights he can also make his body parts into weapons.
Bara Bara no Mi:
At Age 15 Valor was apart if CP7 and worked for them

Valor worked more and became a member of CP0 for a while at at 15 and then decided to join the Marines instead of working directly for the world Government and worked his way up to Admiral
Valor as Admiral:
I won't talk about Summit Seven but it was a big deal and shortly after the Summit Seven Valor betrayed the Marines and he was captured and sent to Impel Down
Valor at Impel Down:
After around 6 months in Impel Down and got an X scar from a fight on his chest.Valor somehow managed to escape and he was given his first bounty and he made a Pirate Flag

His First Bounty Was 550 Millon which is the same as Portagaz D Ace at the moment. Valor was offered a position to be a Warlord and he accepted so he bounty of 550 Millon was Frozen.

Valor: wow so 2 out of 3 members have super-nova level bountys and 1 who looks under estimated. So your crew bounty equals too 310 Million
Y/N: Yeah that's about right but are you hear to capture us

Rivo: I am surprised you tried to destroy Marineford still though Valor
Valor: Yeah a lot happened in the past

(It says VALOR WARLORD POSITION REVOKED AND HE HAS A NEW BOUNTY)
(Everyone is shocked)

Everyone: 1 BILLION INCREASE!!!???

Valor: thank you my friend shall we make an Official Allience but it may increase your bounty qnd be friends
Y/N: Yes

Valor: Amazing. Having a bounty over 1.5 Billion feels crazy
