Chapter 120 - Hundred and nineteen. Miss Bodyguard

Hundred and nineteen. Miss Bodyguard

Elijah and Elena alongside Alvin who was the driver arrived at the soul-sucking org, to see what was left of it. In the early hours, the black jeep pulled to a sad halt, as though it had been stigmatized by the event that had taken place.

The trio stepped out of the car and walked towards the building that was still under the harsh claws of the flames. They stood some distance away and watched as the building burned.

Tears brimmed Elijah's eyes as he watched the heirloom of the Wolf family go to ruin. He was the last of the generation and couldn't believe that this one thing that was left in his care was gone. He had let his father down. At the thought of this, tears streamed down in torrents and he fell on his knees. Sobbing really hard. The sound of his sniffs and cries tore the hearts of Elena and Alvin who were present. They didn't know that Ezekiel would come this far. He really dealt with them.

Three vans arrived at the scene and Jackson with few men alighted from it. They were fifty in number. They hurriedly rushed to Elijah's side, their eyes filled with nothing but dismay and pain.

"What happened here?" Jackson asked, as though he couldn't believe what his eyes were showing him. "What happened?", the second question came out in a painful whisper.

"The Alpha Realm got us" Alvin replied. "They really got us".

"Revenge?" Jackson asked no one in particular.

"Monalissa lost her child, and this was what we got" Alvin said.

Jackson clenched his fists, as anger engulfed his soul. "This is extreme".

"You shouldn't expect anything less from Mr Don" Alvin grimaced.

"I should have made sure that wall squashed her to pieces" Jackson spoke with a visible menace.

Elena was crouched beside Elijah who was crying his heart out. She stroked him gently on his back, soothing him and calming him down. A loud bang was heard and immediately another portion was brought to the ground.

"We should call the firemen. This is dangerous" Jackson opined and whipped out his phone. Alvin looked at Elijah's direction but the latter didn't bother with them. Alvin was too overwhelmed that he didn't even realize that firemen existed. His only thought at the time was to report the mayhem to his boss.

It wasn't up to thirty minutes before the firemen arrived alongside the cops. The firemen got up work, extinguishing the fire from all corners in an array that they had been trained in.

The cops went to meet Elijah who was the boss, and began asking some questions. They knew who he was, so they were mindful not to get him worked up. There were two people that shouldn't be messed with in the Moon country. The only heir of the Wolf family and the second son of the Don family. However, they feared the latter more than former due to the fact that the Don family has always had a root in the country and were of formidable origin. Ezekiel's grandfather, great-grandfather and great great-grandfather had a very high rank in the military and their say in the government places were held in high esteem. They dominated very reputable places in the country. Even so, Ezekiel had already made a name for himself outside the family's name and had an aura to himself that made people, even nations bow at his feet. He was a formidable fellow.

"Sir Wolf" one of the cops called Elijah. Elijah didn't spare him a glance but just focused on the firemen who were extinguishing the fire. However, the cops didn't mind and just went on with what they were doing.

"Please, do you have anything to say concerning this incident?", the cop asked.

Elijah finally tore his eyes away from the burning building and looked at the police that was questioning him.

"Even if I told you, what would you do? Even if you did something, would it repair the ruins?", he asked, his voice as soulless as ever.

The cop swallowed nervously. "We'll try everything within our power to get justice for what happened here" the cop said.

"Justice" Elijah scoffed. He turned around and began walking towards the place where his car was parked. "You can't get justice when you finally know who is involved" Elijah mocked.

The cop who was asking the question frowned a tad. "What do you mean Mr Wolf? The law isn't below anyone. It's above everyone".

"Well, Mr cop" Elijah called him and paused in his tracks, "This isn't something you should concern yourself with. This is a business that I have to tackle myself however, if you really want to help me, go and get Ezekiel Don. But then again, I think he's actually above the law". After he had said his piece, he walked to the car. His members followed suit and they left the arena. As their car drove out of the vicinity, Elijah took another look at what remained of his inheritance, crushing his heart to pieces.

When the day had finally brightened up, Camille arrived at the gardens with Milky. She had appointed Milky to be Monalissa's bodyguard and she didn't doubt her judgement as there was no other person that was perfect for the job. When they arrived, they were entertained by Madam Angela who offered to go and call Ezekiel.

Ezekiel had slept in Monalissa's room when he returned from the Realm. He felt all full and happy sleeping in the arms of the one he loved. There was no better feeling.

Monalissa turned her head towards the door when the knock came. She looked at the door and then at Ezekiel who was sleeping soundly.

"Yes?" she answered.

"Oh Miss Walls, is young master still sleeping?" Madam Angela asked.

"Uhh...yeah" she replied. "Come on in" she added immediately.

Madam Angela walked in. She blushed a little when she saw her young master sleeping so soundly in Monalissa's arms. Her heart melted to a puddle and her lips stretched into a smile. One would describe it as a kind of smile a mother has when she sees her unfriendly son in the arms of a beautiful woman.

Monalissa could feel her hair standing when she saw the smile on Madam Angela's face.

"Ma'am?" she called out to the old woman.

This was a wake up call for the woman and she snapped out of her reverie.

"Oh pardon me Miss Walls. People from his office came to look for him, is it okay to wake him up?" Madam Angela asked.

Monalissa sighed. "He's sleeping really soundly and I don't want to disturb him" she said in a light tone.

"Call them upstairs" a muffled sleepy voice was heard. The two women looked at the sleeping man.

"Young master?" Madam Angela called him to be sure.

"I said, bring them upstairs" he said, sounding a little impatient.

"Yes" Madam Angela said and left.

Monalissa looked at him. "I thought you were sleeping" she said.

"Yeah, I was, till you started talking" he replied, his voice still sleepy.

"Those from your office are here, is it okay for them to come up here? We can't be in this position" Monalissa said, as a faint blush of red crept to her cheeks.

"What position?" Ezekiel asked, pulling her closer to himself under the sheets. His hand stroked her thighs sending some signals into her system. This made Monalissa let out a soft hiss. "Master, please don't" she said, her voice a plea that sounded so sexy in Ezekiel ears. With his sleepy eyes, he pulled her face closer to his and kissed her softly on the lips. Monalissa didn't know how to react. She knew that this wasn't the first time they were being intimate but, it still leaves her speechless whenever Ezekiel does things like this to her.

"It doesn't matter" Ezekiel said.

"It does" Monalissa said, trying to move from his arms but Ezekiel held her still.

"Don't move to much princess, you don't want to hurt yourself" Ezekiel said. This sounded both taunting and sweet to Monalissa and she suppressed a giggle. Just then, a knock came on the door.

"Young master, they're here" Madam Angela said from outside.

Monalissa gasped and immediately, buried her face into his arms. She didn't want whoever it was to see her. Ezekiel chuckled at her actions, one which he found cute.

"Yes, they should come in" Ezekiel ordered.

The door was opened and Camille and Milky walked in. Madam Angela closed the door and left for her duties.

The two women blushed when they saw their master buried in the sheets with a woman, a woman that they knew.

"Good morning Boss" Camille greeted and Milky followed suit with a bow.

Monalissa tightened her arms around Ezekiel when she heard Camille's voice. She really wanted to disappear.

"Is that Monalissa? She's still sleeping....oh she sleeps so cute. How's she Boss?" Milky blabbed.

"She's fine" Ezekiel replied his face stoic as ever.

"But Boss, you know she's still recuperating, you can't touch her yet" Milky added. This earned her a swat on the arm from Camille.

"Milky" Ezekiel called her, his tone filled with warning. Just then, he felt a sharp sting on his waist. He suppressed the hiss that was about to escape his lips and looked at the woman in his arms calmly. It was as though she was telling him, 'what Milky said is not wrong'.

"Boss, I brought her as per your instructions" Camille reported.

Ezekiel nodded. "That's good. Milky, I trust you will do a perfect job".

"Yes Boss. I bet my life on this" she said. Ezekiel nodded in satisfaction. "Take her downstairs. Have Madam Angela show her to her room" Ezekiel said.

"Yes Boss"Camille said and they left the room.
